Quincy Gottwig | CMP, Account Executive

Quincy has focused his professional career on becoming a strategic, adaptable, and effective association professional. Prior to joining the Harrington Company, he led all operations and event management for an international association of utility companies.

Since joining the Harrington Company, Quincy has used his broad skillset to help the associations he works with excel and deliver on their missions. His leadership responsibilities include board and committee communication and support, budget development, financial management, volunteer and staff coordination and conference and event management.

Quincy has worked with volunteer leaders to develop, coordinate and promote programs that are critical to the growth and development of the associations he works with. His duties include communications and marketing, website content development and maintenance, and database maintenance. He excels in workplace collaboration and is an insightful and thoughtful advisor.

Quincy has served as the volunteer treasurer of the board of directors of an international fraternal organization for four consecutive years. He has developed the association’s annual multi-million-dollar budget and has managed their financial and real estate assets in cooperation with the executive director. After the resignation of the board chair, he regularly led monthly board meetings and directed the organization’s annual strategic planning.

Quincy is the current president of the Guy Stanton Ford Educational Foundation, which provides educational scholarships for undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin Madison. He leads strategic planning for the board of directors and manages the Foundation’s development efforts which have resulted in a 20% growth in the Foundation’s assets.
