Amy has a wealth of association management experience with national and international organizations. She strongly believes developing trust and delivering results are key to creating successful partnerships with her clients. Amy aligns her work to support strategic goals and works tirelessly behind the scenes to build relationships with meeting planners and top sponsors. Notable results include growing conference attendance by 400%, increasing membership by 331% and building revenue through implementing new conference sponsorship offerings.
She is a member of Associations North and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Prior to joining The Harrington Company, Amy worked as a college recruiter for a computer software company in the Denver area. She also served on her church council providing leadership for over 1,000 members and 40 staff. Her board duties included reviewing budgets and staffing, prioritizing key initiatives and setting goals. Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Concordia College.
Amy enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family including her three nieces, home décor, singing and biking.
