Sonja has been helping associations thrive for 17 years. She specializes in connecting with members and streamlining procedures – whether it be creating, revising, or replacing. Her skills with technology, writing, research, and innovative thinking have allowed her to take organizations in new directions and build purpose, even during challenging times. She has worked with people of all ages, with both volunteer and paid staff, while working to provide resources that will be useful to all.
Sonja has Master of Music degrees in Organ Performance and Church Music from Indiana University-Bloomington, and Bachelor of Music degrees in Church Music and K-12 Music Education from St. Olaf College. She is currently working toward a Certificate in Coding from M.I.T.
In her free time, Sonja enjoys spending time with friends, crocheting, watching movies and cat webcams, and learning about her Swedish heritage.
