Prior to joining The Harrington Company, Ashley worked as an Operations Manager in the employee benefits and insurance field, overseeing processes and supporting the delivery of benefit solutions. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Digital Media Studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys crocheting, going to concerts and sporting events with friends, and spending time with her family and cat, Winston.
