Em makes sure members feel welcomed and supported. They focus on clear and engaging communication and answering any questions that may arise. They especially enjoy helping organizations more efficiently and joyously promote their work to the greater community.
Before joining The Harrington Company, Em worked in customer service positions in their hometown of Dubuque, Iowa, as well as various freelance contracts with publishers across the nation. They hold a BS in Professional Writing from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
In their free time, Em enjoys reading, having lively discussions on the importance of context, and going on walks with their husband and dogs.
