Emilie is the key player who always keeps her team moving forward, organized and on track. Whether it is something new or an annual event, she is skilled at creating project timelines and managing action items efficiently. She does all this while also keeping staff and volunteer leaders informed and on track with completing various tasks to meet all deadlines.
Before joining The Harrington Company, Emilie completed two years of AmeriCorps service with College Possible, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting first generation and low-income students, helping them get to and through college. Emilie graduated from the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in gender studies.
Emilie loves spending time with friends and family. She plays on and manages an adult rec soccer and kickball team, but also enjoys playing tennis, biking and being near or on the water.
