Emily makes sure members feel welcomed and supported. She focuses on clear and engaging communication and answering any questions they may have. She especially enjoys helping organizations promote the wonderful work they do by drafting content that showcases their value.
Before joining The Harrington Company, Emily worked in customer service positions in her hometown of Dubuque, Iowa, as well as various freelance contracts with publishers across the nation. She holds a BS in Professional Writing from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, having lively discussions on the importance of proper punctuation and going on walks with her husband and dog.
