Gretchen prides herself on being a trusted resource to associations. She skillfully analyzes the current state of the organization and provides ideas on how to improve the overall experience the association provides to its members. Gretchen helps associations develop policies and procedures to improve operations and she applies a keen diligence to everything she does, successfully managing hundreds of projects from conception to completion.
Gretchen’s experience with a wide range of industries, from medical and law to commercial real estate and aviation, have provided her with a wide knowledge base to provide bespoke guidance and support to her client leadership.
As a member of ASAE, AMCI, Associations North, and Minnesota Women of Today, her personal volunteer work gives her perspective on what motivates volunteers to offer their precious resource of time. This understanding helps her provide value to her clients, whether that is recognition, networking and educational opportunities or leadership training.
Gretchen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Journalism, magna cum laude, from the University of Northern Iowa.
Gretchen enjoys international travel and is an outdoor enthusiast. She is an avid reader and leads multiple book clubs. Gretchen is an antiques collector, habitual cat rescuer, and an advocate for the LGBTQ community.
