Hadley’s attention to detail and devotion to her association client’s members are her most valuable skills. She sees it as her personal responsibility to make sure members have an exceptional experience, which she does by providing them with organized, strong, friendly, and helpful customer service. Hadley’s focus on detail and customer service is also evident in her work planning and executing successful client events.
Hadley graduated from Central Michigan University with a major in integrative public relations and a minor in event management. During school, she served in different roles such as an International Leadership Consultant with Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority and the Festival Coordinator of the Saginaw Bay Waterfowl Festival. These leadership experiences helped her sharpen and build on her organizational and communications skills.
Having recently moved to Minnesota, Hadley enjoys exploring the Twin Cities, being outside, reading and spending time with her cat.
