Karin has over 20 years of experience managing databases. While much of her work for associations is behind the scenes, she plays a key role in setting up and managing almost every client’s website, primarily with iMIS, and helping to optimize their data. She is patient and knowledgeable while working to transition client data into iMIS. Karin is adept at helping staff to gather, optimize and report data to support association operations and initiatives. Her main goal is to always maintain the association’s data integrity and help association staff and volunteer leaders tap into the data to support informed decision-making.
Prior to joining The Harrington Company, Karin worked for another association management firm, then later as an implementation specialist and trainer for a Twin Cities based iMIS service provider. Karin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bethel College.
In her spare time, Karin enjoys volunteering at the Animal Humane Society and doing photography for youth sports.
