As Creative Director, Katie is responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling creative solutions that support client vision and brand. She works tirelessly to elevate client branding through planning, organizing, and executing design projects based on varying client needs. One of her most valuable skills is her ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and budgets, all while ensuring creative solutions are on brand and consistent for each client.
During her time with the Harrington Company, Katie has produced high-quality design work across a wide range of digital and print materials. Some of these projects include newsletters, websites, presentation templates, event materials, social media graphics, flyers, mobile app assets, marketing campaign items, infographics, and annual reports. She also independently redesigned the Harrington Company’s brand through her work on the new company logo, website, signage, business cards and more. She focused on enhancing the company’s brand with a fresh, modern perspective.
In addition to her role as Creative Director, Katie serves as Social Media Manager, where she manages end-to-end social media services. This includes content planning, creative concepting, design deliverables and analytics-driven optimization. She helps clients strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and communicate effectively with their audiences to maximize reach and impact.
Katie also collaborates and communicates across many client teams. Her exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, patience, leadership, and creative talents are a primary reason for the success of the Harrington Company and its clients.
Katie is a member of AIGA, the professional association for design, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, sewing, baking, and spending time with her cats, family, and friends.
