Katie brings more than 15 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative strategy to her role as Creative Director. She leads the development and execution of compelling creative solutions that support client vision and strengthen brand identity. She oversees a wide range of design initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines and within budget.
Since joining the Harrington Company, Katie has successfully conceptualized, designed, and produced a diverse range of impactful creative deliverables across web, print, social, and marketing platforms. She independently developed and executed the Harrington Company’s rebrand, including the company logo, website, signage, business cards, and additional brand collateral, helping position the company with a fresh, modern identity.
In addition to her role as Creative Director, Katie serves as Social Media Manager, overseeing end-to-end social media strategy and execution. Her work includes content planning, creative direction, design deliverables, and analytics-driven optimization to help clients increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.
Katie is known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex creative challenges. Her leadership and creative expertise continue to contribute to the success of both the Harrington Company and its association partners.
Katie is a member of AIGA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota.
