As Creative Director, Katie is responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling creative solutions that support client vision and brand. She tirelessly works to elevate client branding through planning, organizing, and executing design projects based on varying client needs. One of her most valuable skills is her ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and budgets, all while ensuring creative solutions are on brand and consistent to each client.
She also collaborates and communicates across many client teams. Her exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, patience, leadership, and creative talents are a primary reason for the success of The Harrington Company and its clients.
During her time with The Harrington Company, Katie has created and implemented high quality design concepts for newsletters, websites, mailers, PowerPoint templates, program books, social media graphics, flyers, brochures, logos, signage, mobile app graphics, marketing campaign items, webinar assets, infographics, white papers and guides as well as other promotional items. Katie has also independently redesigned The Harrington Company’s brand through her work on the new company logo, website, signage, business cards and more. She focused on elevating the brand strategy to bring value to the company through a fresh, new perspective.
Katie is a member of AIGA, the professional association for design. Prior to joining The Harrington Company, she was the graphic designer at Minneapolis Northwest Convention and Visitors Bureau. Katie was responsible for updating tourism campaign branding through the marketing collateral she created. She received a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota.
Katie enjoys reading, sewing, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
