Lisa brings more than 15 years of management experience in the nonprofit sector, including 10 years with the Harrington Company earlier in her career. Most recently, she served as Director of Business Operations for a large nonprofit organization, where she oversaw operational processes and supported the organization’s strategic and administrative functions.
Her background includes comprehensive conference planning, from site selection and contract negotiation to program planning and onsite event production. Lisa also has experience in fundraising, grant writing and editing.
Lisa is known for her strong relationship-building skills and commitment to excellent member service. She enjoys connecting with members, understanding their needs, and helping create meaningful experiences and resources that strengthen engagement.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from the University of Minnesota. One of her most cherished experiences was spending a semester studying abroad in southern France. In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading, attending live theater, and traveling with her husband and two children.
