Quin’s can-do attitude and willingness to jump into any project with enthusiasm helps them build relationships and provide excellent customer service. Quin is most often the helpful voice on the other line when members and volunteers call their association. As the main receptionist, Quin makes sure members feel valued and guides them to the appropriate staff or helps them directly. They also assist associations with daily operations and membership and website management.
Quin brings a broad range of experiences from having worked in non-profit organizations, including several years as the Marketing Director for Minnesota Roller Derby, where they helped a non-profit athletic club achieve their goals.
They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Media Studies from Western Washington University.
In their spare time Quin enjoys illustrating and creative work, roller skating and their cats.
