She has partnered with boards of directors, CEOs, executive teams, members, clients, and stakeholders to drive organizational success. Highlights include extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, board governance, project leadership, human resources, membership engagement, and operational excellence.
She is known for being a collaborative leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Whether supporting a board of directors, leading cross-functional teams, managing complex budgets, or improving organizational processes, she focuses on creating solutions that align people, resources, and objectives to achieve lasting impact.
Her passion is helping organizations operate more effectively, serving their stakeholders and positioning their organizations for long-term success.
Prior to joining The Harrington Company, Shelly worked at the Great Tulsa Association of REALTORS as the Director of Operations. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In her free time Shelly enjoys antiquing, gardening, travel and spending time with her family.
